The following is an example of the instructor’s palette. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED paint colors are marked with an asterisk,* and others are listed for those who wish to expand beyond the primary palette. ALL are encouraged to participate in the class, and we will work with what one has available to him/her.

transparent red oxide (not required, its very close to burnt sienna)

medium – LIQUIN

solvent - oderless mineral spirits

paper towels – Bounty & Viva (viva not required, just nice)

Plastic bags for your rags.

Palette

Jars for solvents

Canvas/linen/gessoed paper or panel.
