The Library Arts Center invites you to join us for the eighth annual Sunshine Town Social–An Event for the Arts! This benefit auction is the single most important fundraiser for the Library Arts Center, and also for our sister arts organization, the Newport Opera House Association. Both of these “community-arts”-oriented non-profits provide a wealth of quality arts programming in this region, and both appreciate your support and your attendance at this event!

Saturday, May 4th
NEWPORT OPERA HOUSE, Main Street, Newport, New Hampshire
5:00pm — doors open & silent auction begins, cocktail hour (cash bar open)
6:00pm — dinner begins & silent auction tables are closed, one by one, over the course of the hour
7:00pm — shortly after the hour, the live auction begins!

* Dinner catered by the Old Courthouse Restaurant
Tickets:
$40 per person– main floor seating–your ticket includes hors d’oeuves, dinner & dessert, entertainment & auctions
$10 — balcony seating — auctions only
Tickets can be purchased by calling the box office of the Newport Opera House Association at 603.863.2412. PLEASE NOTE: due to the nature of seating for the event, tickets must be sold through the Opera House box office, and are NOT available at the Library Arts Center.
If you plan on sitting with a group, please share that information when calling the Opera House. *Purchase main floor tickets by MONDAY, APRIL 29th!
Auction items include vacation getaways, original artwork, handmade craft, a beautiful array of handcrafted centerpieces, hand-painted coat racks, and hundreds of items & gift certificates generously donated by local businesses for dining out, spa experiences, services, golf & ski opportunities & more.
